If you want Gatsby fanfic, The Chosen And The Beautiful by Nghi Vo is probably a better bet than the Zoom fanfic. It’s beautifully written, contains magic, and Jordan Baker is a transracial Vietnamese adoptee. I enjoyed it enough to finally read TGG.
